Head Coach & Varsity WomenCoach Paul Stasaitis has been coaching since 1996. He has coached Novice & Varsity Men and is now the Head Coach of Arlington Rowing Association and the Varsity Women's Coach. After winning the HVRL Champs two years straight in 2009 & 2010, the trophy once again came back in 2013! The girls won both the Dutchess Cup and Hudson Valley Rowing League Championships!

After coaching for another team for 2 years she joined the Arlington coaching staff in Fall of 2012 with the Women's Novice Program. She returns this year spearheading a land training program for the Women's program and coaching the JV women

Brittany is also an Arlington graduate and rowed for the program throughout high school. Now a masters rower, she takes her personal rowing experience and applies it to her coaching.

Novice MenCoach Cat Quattrochiocchi rowed for Arlington for 4 years and sculled for HRRA in the summers. She was a member of the 2009 & 2010 HVRL Championship team and won Oarswoman of the year in 2011. Cat also was a member of the Hudson Valley Empire State Games Rowing team! She has been coaching with Arlington since Fall of 2011. This past Spring, Coach Cat and her squad won league Novice Championships!

rowing for Boston University and Albany Rowing Club, Megan brings her elite training to our Boys Program. Cofounder of Orange County Rowing Association, Megan has coached Masters and Juniors, both Men and Women, as well as being a highly effective strength and conditioning coach.
